Site Operators – The site owners, operators, employees, suppliers, and any other individual or entity related to the operation of the website.
The site operators reserve the right to modify the content of these terms and conditions without prior notice to users.
It is the user’s responsibility to read and stay updated with the content of these terms and conditions.
Site operators may cease or change the site’s operation without notifying users.
The use of images, descriptions, content, design, or any other element appearing on the site without written permission from the site operators is prohibited.
Product Purchases
Products on the site will be sold to individuals over 18 years old or business entities with a registered address in USA, Canda or Israel.
If a purchase is made by someone under 18, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to be assisted by an adult. In such transactions, site operators will consider the accompanying adult as the buyer.
For credit card payments, only valid cards issued in USA, Canda and Israel and authorized by the card processing company will be accepted.
A digital invoice is sent immediately after payment to the email registered with the site. Ordering constitutes consent to receive digital, digitally signed invoices.
All prices on the site include sales tax unless stated otherwise.

Product Returns
All products or part of them can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided they have not been used (e.g., not folded, cut, assembled, connected to electricity, turned on, soldered, painted, packaging not opened, or otherwise used that may alter their original condition).
Product returns must be coordinated with the site operators. Returns without written or email approval will not be accepted.
Returns must be accompanied by the invoice proving purchase from the site.
If incorrect products are sent, after receiving the wrong products back, the correct products will be sent. Site operators will cover the additional shipping costs and reimburse you for the return shipping of the wrong products. Replacements and additional products are sent by registered mail only.
If the return is due to cancellation of the transaction, the cost of shipping the products back is the buyer’s responsibility. After receiving the products, your account will be credited with the product cost minus shipping and any discounts applied to the order. The refund will be calculated based on the product prices on the day they are received back. A full refund for future purchases or a cash refund will be provided as detailed below.
If the return is due to defective products under warranty, the shipping cost to our office is the site operator’s responsibility. A similar or equivalent product will be sent if the defective product cannot be provided (subject to buyer’s agreement). If a similar product is unavailable and the customer opts not to receive an alternative product, a full refund or cash refund will be provided for the product cost without shipping charges.
A returned product claimed as defective will be examined. If found functional, no refund will be provided. The product can be resent at additional shipping costs. Incorrect use that prevents expected operation does not qualify the product as defective.
Custom or special order products cannot be returned unless defective.
For refunds exceeding 50 NIS or 10 USD , the customer can opt for a cash refund. Under consumer protection laws, cash refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the refund amount or 100 NIS or 20 USD (whichever is lower) and will be returned using the same payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled once sent to the factory. No compensation or refunds will be provided after the files have been sent to the factory.
No compensation for delays in production or shipping of custom products as these processes are beyond our control. Efforts will be made to meet the declared timelines.
Files submitted for production are your responsibility. They will be processed as-is without modifications or corrections.
No compensation or refunds for production errors, faults, or unexpected outcomes if the submitted files contain such errors.
The production facility may alter your files without notice to better suit production processes. They may also add text or markings to associate products with the order number.
Limitation of Liability
Site operators are not responsible for content published by users on the site.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
Efforts are made to remove content violating these terms, but failure to do so does not imply agreement or endorsement.
Site operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use or misuse of the site, its content, products supplied, or anything related to site activities.
Site operators are not responsible for anything done with the products sold. Sole responsibility lies with the user who used the products.
Site operators will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, war, strike, weather conditions, delays caused by external service providers, or any other reason beyond our control.
Site operators are not responsible for undelivered products if the chosen shipping method does not include tracking.
Issues with tracked shipments not reaching their destination will only be addressed after the service provider’s final confirmation of the shipment loss.
Customer Privacy
Site operators commit to not sharing customer details with any entity, except as required by law or for routine site operations (e.g., transferring credit card details to the processing company, transferring customer details to the delivery service, etc.).
Customer identifying details are kept separate from forum details, so there’s no need to use your real name in the forum.
Do not share your site password with anyone.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account, even if done without their knowledge. If you notice unauthorized activity on your account, change your password and notify the site owners.
Site operators will never contact you to verify your site password. Report any such incidents immediately.
Efforts are made to protect user details, but full protection cannot be guaranteed. Site operators are not responsible for user detail leaks due to any reason (e.g., server breach, service provider failure, etc.).
Site operators commit to not sending spam but reserve the right to send promotional or other content related to site activities to registered users.
Customers consent to receive order-related communications (e.g., invoice link, shipment notification, etc.).
Users waive their rights to the content they publish on the site and grant those rights to the site operators.

Jurisdiction
The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter relating to this site’s services will be the competent courts in the City of Oakland, California, and will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
