ArduinoStudio Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ArduinoStudio (“Software”), a product of inteRFace R&D (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Software.
2. Description of Software
ArduinoStudio is designed to enable users to build and design applications for microcontrollers, such as Arduino. It provides tools and resources for software development tailored to microcontroller programming and deployment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Software and any material produced or generated during the use of the Software are the property of inteRFace R&D. This includes, but is not limited to, designs, algorithms, code, documentation, and new inventions or processes developed while using ArduinoStudio.

Not redistribute, replicate, or exploit the Software for commercial purposes without express permission from inteRFace R&D.

5. Recording of Meetings and Logging of Software Operations
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance, inteRFace R&D may conduct meetings with users to observe their use of ArduinoStudio. Please be aware that:
Meeting Recordings: All such meetings may be recorded by inteRFace R&D. This includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, and screen sharing sessions. The purpose of these recordings is to analyze user interactions with the Software, identify potential areas for improvement, and ensure the best possible user experience.
Logging of Software Operations: inteRFace R&D will log all user activities within the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, commands executed, features used, and any modifications made within the Software environment. These logs will be used for data analysis, improving software functionality, and ensuring the Software meets user needs and expectations.
6. Collection of User Behavior Data
inteRFace R&D is committed to enhancing the user experience and functionality of ArduinoStudio. To achieve this:
User Behavior and Click Tracking: We continuously monitor and collect data on user behavior and interactions within the Software. This includes tracking clicks, navigation patterns, feature usage, and other interactions within the Software interface.

7. No Compensation for Feedback or User Interviews
As part of our continuous improvement process, we may invite users to provide feedback or participate in interviews. inteRFace R&D does not offer any compensation for participating in such activities, and all insights or suggestions become the intellectual property of inteRFace R&D.

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. inteRFace R&D does not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
inteRFace R&D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Software.

inteRFace R&D reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
